By uploading content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable license to use, copy, modify, distribute, and display the content for the purposes of operating and improving Beta Bud. You agree not to upload any content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or infringes on any intellectual property or privacy rights. We reserve the right to remove any content that we determine, in our sole discretion, violates these Terms and Conditions.

Beta Bud and its content, including but not limited to the software, graphics, user interface, and design, are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not use our intellectual property without our prior written consent.
